Heatsealed Menu Covers, Heatsealed Menus (Page 3)
Heatsealed menu covers can have stylish leather-like qualities, can be water-resistant, and can be creatively decorated.
Now available in such a wide selection of material textures, colors, and patterns that quality and bespoke menus holders can be created. Heatsealed construction has characteristically been associated with budget menu covers, and typically referred to rather unexciting vinyl materials. This has now changed thanks to innovation and improved technology.
Heatsealed no longer implies budget, yet pricing can be very attractive when compared to other non-vinyl menu covers.
Because these can be water resistant, heatsealed menus are often used in patio and pool areas. Heatsealed construction essentially joins and seals the exterior cover material to the interior lining material at the right edge, top edge, and bottom edge of the menu or binder cover. This sealing process is done through heat, and after the seal is complete, the edges are trimmed and smoothed so that a quality presentation results.
